Athletic Department to Introduce "Wall Of Fame"

Phillipsburg High Wall Of Fame
Purpose:
To establish a method for honoring Phillipsburg’s top student-athletes and individuals who have made a positive impact on the local community and to provide role models for today’s student athletes. As a result, there will be an increased awareness and pride in Phillipsburg’s athletes of the past and present.
Selection Process:
All former Phillipsburg student-athletes, coaches, athletic directors, administrators, and contributor are eligible for selection into the “Wall of Fame.” A candidate will be selected when four of the seven-committee members vote to induction. (See documents below for more detailed information on the selection criteria and eligibility process.)
The selection committee will induct these numbers of individuals
- Year 1-5
- Year 2-5
- Year 3 and future years – 2
Nomination Process:
Candidates may be nominated at any time during the year. A nomination form can be obtained from the athletic director or school website. In order to be nominated, the entire form must be completely filled out and returned to the athletic director prior to April 1. (See documents below for more detailed information on the nomination process.)
- Nomination period will begin at the first day of school and last till March 31st.
- Download the nominations off the school website and return them by e-mail or mail to the athlete director (akenney@usd325.com).
