USD 325 ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE

10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - Phillipsburg High School
Online Enrollment will be available for new and returning students beginning July 25th
NEW NONRESIDENT STUDENTS MUST HAVE BOARD OF EDUCATION APPROVAL BEFORE ENROLLING.

High School: In-Person Enrollment for anyone needing assistance
ALL Grades PreK-12 will be held at the High School.
9-12 Students should plan to make final adjustments in their fall schedules at this time or make an appointment to do so later.
ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Students under age 9: Any student under the age of 9 enrolling in a Kansas public school for the first time must have a completed health assessment on file before starting school.
Kindergarten: Any child who is five (5) years of age before September 1, 2024 may enroll in Kindergarten. A certified birth certificate and immunization record or doctor’s statement is required.
First Grade: Any child who is six (6) years of age before September 1, 2024 may enroll in the first grade. All students 10 years of age and under must be age appropriately immunized for school per State of Kansas guidelines.
Transfers: New students must present a valid record of immunization and birth certificate. A parent or guardian will be required to authorize the transfer of previous school records.
Immunization or exemption requirements must be met before a student may start school.

Fees: All fees should be paid at the time of enrollment.

MIDDLE SCHOOL $40.00
HIGH SCHOOL $70.00
Payment by Credit and Debit Cards Accepted
Grades 3-12 are required to have headphones with a USB-C style connector, or adapter will be needed. Bluetooth headphones will also work, but are not required.
