Online Enrollment for NEW Students

Phillipsburg USD 325 Online Enrollment Instructions for NEW Students

IMPORTANT:  If your student has ever attended USD 325 in the past, please STOP and call the school to get your student reactivated.  You do not need to complete the NEW student registration.  

Enrollment Dates:

  • Online enrollment is open now.
  • In-person assistance is available on August 5 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at PHS in the main entrance.

New Student Enrollment: A Step-by-Step Guide.  For students who have NEVER attended USD 325 in the past.

Step 1: Initial Registration

 


Step 2: Confirmation & Approval

  • Action: Check your email for a confirmation of your registration submission.  This is for confirmation that the form was completed and received.  This email should be received within a few minutes.
  • Next: You will receive a second email once your student has been approved by the school.  This could take up to 24 hours.  Important: This email will contain your student's Access ID and Password codes at the bottom.  You will need this information to add this student to your Parent Account.

 


Step 3: Complete Student Forms

  • Action: Log in or Create your PowerSchool Parent Account.
  • Use any browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome)  to access the following link: https://usd325.powerschool.com/public/home.html
  • Please note: Enrollment forms are not available within the PowerSchool Mobile App.   

If you already have a parent account and want to add this student to your account, choose the sign in tab.

 

If you do NOT have a login account, choose the create account tab.  This will allow you to add multiple students at one sitting, so have your student’s Access ID and Password handy.

 

Once logged in, PowerSchool should show your student.  If there are multiple students on your account, each student should have their own tab across the top.

 

To start the enrollment forms: Use the left menu and choose Forms

 

Completion: From the list of forms, please choose FORM A and progress through all required forms.  This needs to be done for EACH student.

 

Once you have completed all the forms, the last page will allow you to click and Make Payments.  If you do not have a payment account set up, please check the USD 325 website for instructions on setting up the payment portal.

 

**If you would rather pay by cash/check, you may do so in person on August 5th between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm at the High School.  Students will not receive their iPad until a payment has been made.  

 


Step 4: Make Payments

  • Payment Portal Link is available on the Acknowledgment of Completion page or here:  https://usd325phillipsburg.revtrak.net 
  • Instructions: Refer to the "USD 325 Payment Portal Instructions" (also found under the Parent tab on www.usd325.com).
  • Note: A 3.62% fee will be added to payments.

 


 

Understanding Fees (Examples)

Elementary Students:

  • Textbook/Technology/Program Support: $40 (all students)
  • K-2 Milk (9 weeks): $25
  • Preschool Milk (9 weeks): $20
  • Lunch: $2.80 (Reduced: $0.40)
  • Breakfast: $1.80 (Reduced: $0.30)

 

Middle School Students:

  • $40 Textbook/Technology/Program Support fee (all students)
  • Lunch: $2.90/Reduced Lunch .40
  • Breakfast 1.80/Reduced .30

 

High School Students:

  • $70 Textbook/Technology/Program Support fee (all students)
  • Lunch: $3.00/Reduced Lunch .40
  • Breakfast 1.80/Reduced .30
