Online Enrollment Is Now Open For New & Returning Students!
Phillipsburg USD 325 online enrollment is now open:
- New and Returning students can now enroll online using the links below.
- In person assistance will be available on August 6 @ PHS between 10:00 am-2:00 pm. Staff will be available in the Auxiliary Gym to answer questions and assist you.

RETURNING STUDENTS:
Use any browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome) to access the following link: https://usd325.powerschool.com/public/home.html
Please note: Enrollment forms are not available within the PowerSchool Mobile App.
Parents of RETURNING STUDENTS who have a parent portal account set up:
- Choose the Sign in tab at this link: (https://usd325.powerschool.com/public/home.html) or by clicking the PowerSchool link at the top of the USD 325 webpage. If you have forgotten your PowerSchool portal password you may click the forgot password link located on the login page.
- If you have more than one student linked to your parent account, they should appear as tabs across the top. Please choose the first student you would like to enroll.
- Choose FORMS on the left menu.
- Choose FORM RA under Returning Student Section- Student Information Update and you will automatically advance through the enrollment process. Some form information carries over from year to year. Although a form may say “Submitted or Approved,” please double check that information on the form is current. You will only need to make changes or updates.
- If forms do not automatically advance, you may toggle between them using the top tabs or check your progress from the forms menu on the left.
- This process will need to be completed for each student.
- The payment link is located on the confirmation screen of the final page (Acknowledgment of Completion). Please see instructions below or located here on how to set up and use the payment portal.
Parents of RETURNING students who do NOT have a parent portal account set up click the tab “Create Account” or use the following link: https://usd325.powerschool.com/public/create_multi_student_account.html?.
- Once you have your account set up, you should receive a verification email
- If you have your parent PowerSchool Access ID/Password you may add them to your account. If you do not have these codes, please visit the high school during enrollment hours on August 6th, from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Then proceed by choosing Forms in the left menu.
- Choose form RA under Returning Student Section- Student Information Update Most forms will just need to be updated with any necessary changes. If forms do not automatically advance, you may toggle between them using the top tabs or check your progress from the forms menu on the left.

You should receive a confirmation email indicating your registration was received. Once your registration is approved, you will receive another email with information on how to create a parent account, or add your student to your existing PowerSchool account. New student access ID and password codes will be posted at the bottom of the approval email.

The above links, along with instructions, can also be found under the Parent tab on our www.usd325.com website. You will create an account and then link your PowerSchool Parent Account login information to conveniently make a credit card payment anytime you would like to pay a fee associated with a class, iPad charges, or to apply payment towards a lunch or milk balance. You can pay for multiple students associated with your PowerSchool account at the same time. Please note, a 3.62% fee will be added.

K-2 Milk: 9 weeks - $25; Semester $50; Year $100
Preschool Milk: 9 weeks - $20; Semester $40; Year $80

**If you would rather pay by cash/check, you may do so in person on August 6th between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm at the High School. Students will not receive their iPad until a payment has been made.
IMPORTANT: If you are not able to complete the online enrollment from home or you prefer to enroll in person, please visit the high school on August 6th between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Laptops and wifi will be available for you to complete the online enrollment in person. We will have staff available to assist you and answer any questions.
PowerSchool Payments Made Easy
Visit usd325phillipsburg.revtrak.net and click Log in or create your personal Web Store account to make payments for your student’s PowerSchool Food and Fees account.
How To Make Payments to your PowerSchool Account:
If you haven’t previously logged in to PowerSchool, you will need to enter your student’s credentials. The student will show in the future, when logged in to the Web Store. Proceed with the following steps:
FEES
- To make fee payments, click on the student’s name to view fees assigned to the student.
- Click Add to Cart next to the appropriate fee.
- Click Add to Cart in the pop up window to add the fee to your shopping cart.
- Confirm all items in the cart and click Checkout to proceed to the Web Store.
FOOD PAYMENTS
- To make food payments, click on Make a One-Time Payment under the desired student’s name.
- Enter your amount or choose a quick pay option: $25, $50, $100.
- Select Add to Cart.
BILLING INFORMATION
- Enter your billing information and click Continue.
VERIFY INFORMATION
- After verifying your information
- Click Place Order to process your transaction and view your receipt.
RECEIPT
Payment will be processed and receipt can be viewed and printed. A receipt will automatically be sent to the email address provided. Receipts can be viewed at any time through your account settings.
