1972: Sports Director and Area News reporter
Broadcasted over six decades of Phillipsburg athletic games- basketball games,

wrestling tournaments and state competitions.
Hosted Sports Talk- area sports show with athletes and coaches.
1988: KAB Hod Humiston Award Winner for Sports Broadcasting
1995: Sonny Slater Award Recipient
2010: Inducted into Kansas Broadcasting Hall of Fame
2016: Retired from broadcasting
2016: Honored by the 114th Congress for broadcasting contributions
Chaperoned many Washington D.C./ New York trips and broadcasted back home
Supporter of all Phillipsburg athletics for over 6 decades.
