Girls Trounce TMP to Become MCEL Champions

On Saturday, our volleyball girls traveled to Wakeeney to compete in the MCEL tournament. In pool play, they beat Norton, Hill City, and Trego. Then, they defeated Smith Center in the semi-finals, the 2nd place team in the opposite pool. Finally, in the finals, they got a chance to take on TMP. They delivered a resounding defeat to the Monarchs in two sets to give the Panthers their fourth consecutive league championship. The cheerleaders, many fans, and a few loyal pep club boys made the long trip to cheer them on. Way to go, Panthers!!
